This appointment recognises Sergio's years of experience and expertise in the area of process and application integration in the financial services, healthcare, public sector and energy sectors to name a few.

As a Virtual Technical Specialist Sergio is called upon by Microsoft from time to time to assist with designing solutions and working with customers to understand how integrated processes and applications can align with strategic objectives within the enterprise.

Sergio also leads the Partner Integrated Workflow program, focused on inter-organisational process integration and optimisation, helping them gain a competitive edge in today’s global market.
